Chris Howard is one of the High School football color commentators for ESPN Radio 1050-AM and 104.1-FM. Chris joined ESPN radio for the 2009 football season. In addition to his duties at ESPN radio he is also the head baseball coach at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
He attended the University of Oklahoma from 1984-1987 on a football and baseball scholarship where he was a member of the 1985 national championship football team. He then transferred to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he played baseball and was eventually drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 1988 baseball draft.
Chris spent parts of five season in the major leagues with Seattle from 1991-1995 and was part of the 1995 american league western division champions. His career ended in 1997 in the Boston Red Sox organization.
Chris resides in Williamsport, Pa with his wife and three children.
