ESPN Radio Williamsport adds Millionaires athletics

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – ESPN Radio Williamsport has agreed in principle with Williamsport High School to  broadcast football and boys basketball beginning this fall.

According to ESPN Radio Williamsport General Manager Todd Bartley, “This is a historic day in the history of our company. To add these two storied programs to our play-by-play family is huge.”

The agreement expands on an existing relationship that includes girl’s basketball, baseball and softball.

Games will primarily air on WPTC-FM 88.1 as well as espnwilliamsport.com.

“With the addition of WPTC-FM 88.1, it juts made sense to add the Millionaires to that signal. The Millionaires are a great addition and will fit flawlessly into our play-by-play lineup joining select Lycoming and Penn College games on WPTC”, Bartley added.

Select games will air on ESPN Radio 1050 AM, 92.7 and 104.1 FM, and in Jersey Shore on 1600 AM.

The broadcast teams will be announced in the near future.
